This is a tour de force you shouldn't miss, a story of one women's journey from the USA to Europe and back during the 1970s that was an odyssey of courage and personal discovery. It is an entertaining and well-written memoir that I highly recommend.

While... Born During WWII
I was born in the same time period as the two women whose lives are contrasted in this interesting book. The author does an excellent job of contrasting her life with that of the German girl who was also born just as WWII broke out. Americans need to learn what life was like for the German citizens then. How Peg's and Bruni's lives became interconnected is fascinating.

“Life Continues is an informative, entertaining and comforting read for people trying to find themselves in the person suddenly diagnosed and labeled with the term multiple sclerosis. It certainly can stay on a bedside table and be picked up for those few moments of clear eyesight and the need for a quick uplifting read. It's a valued book in my collection!”
